Today we welcome new nominee: a well-known journalist Natalie Nougayrede of the France's most influential newspaper 'Le Monde' for her article 'Petit "conseils" russes' (Little Russian 'Advises') published on Jan 14, 2010. Apparently she was inspired by the New York Times Op-Ed 'Russian Advice on Afghanistan' of Jan 11, 2010 by Boris Gromov, former Soviet chief commander in Afghanistan and Dmitry Rogozin, currently Russia's ambassador to NATO.
